ORELA will be ending the use of several National Evaluation Series™ tests on August 31, 2025. Eleven tests will be retired for the ORELA program and replaced with updated tests. If you would like to take the current version of any of the affected tests, you may register for the test by August 28, 2025. You must take the current version of any of these tests on or before August 31, 2025.
If you prefer to take the newly adopted version of any of the tests, registration will open on June 3, 2025, and testing windows will open beginning June 30, 2025. Study materials for the new tests will be available in June 2025.
Both versions of each exam will be available for registration from June 3, 2025, through August 28, 2025. When registering, be sure to pay attention to the testing period noted in parentheses after the test name. The table below lists the current tests beside their equivalent new tests.
